Mission to Canada

The opening of the Canadian market took more than a year and a half of work and planning with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada in Montreal. Together with Dr. Ruggiera Sarcina of the CCIC, we first worked on positioning the destination with respect to the markets of interest (tourism, wine, oil, fashion) and then proceeded with direct marketing and the selection of foreign buyers.
At the end of 12 months of positioning and selection, the Montreal Mission of October 2022 was organized. Here the CICC carried out important secretarial and relations work that enabled the organization execution of the program.
The drafted program and planned initiatives were designed to intercept all of Canada's target markets for all product categories of interest.
The objective is to create new international relationships between insiders and strengthen existing ones, favoring those able to involve their clientele in the seasonality, between September and May, across all territories and product categories involved in the project.
Among the tools used to achieve the main objective is the creation of a web platform with video content and working tools useful to relaunch the Veneto region's tourism, food, wine and manufacturing offer.
The result was that not only were the companies in the project positioned and facilitated in opening or implementing sales, but high-level institutional channels were opened.
